Payment for services are as follows:
1/2 of the Fee is due at the time you drop off your horse(s) and the other 1/2 when you pick your horse(s) up.
You supply the hay and the feed.
If there are any Vet fees to be paid, they are the responsabily of you the owner unless the cause for the vet is directly caused by me. All vet fees must be paid off in full before you can remove your horse from my stables unless an agreement is made with the vet by you or with me.
If the fees for my services or the vets services are not paid off within 30 days of scheduled pick up day, R & L Stables will take over ownership of the horse to be sold at my discression to pay either my fees or the pending vet fees. If the stables sells your horse for more than the fees owed, you will recieve the remaining amount after the fees have been paid.
All horses must have a Negative Coggins test upon arrival and must be no older than 6 months old.
