Where Riding And Learning Makes The Difference

About Me

I have been involved in the Equine Industry for the past 28 years. I started riding when I was 6 years old and started showing Quarter Horses at the local horse club shows when I was 17. My Love for horses has only grown since then and it has lead me to become involved in many aspects of the industry Including:

Riding and giving riding lessons in Western and Western Pleasure. Working and riding in the English discipline. Saddle bred, Tenn. Walkers, Arabians, Hanoverian.

In my training of horses I have also done the front end training on cow horses. The introduction to cattle, sorting, roping, gathering, penning etc.

In 1994 I started working with Standard bred race horses as a groom to go on and become a trainer. So I have worked with numerous breeds in various riding styles.

I have worked extensively and assisted veterinarians not only in the treatment but the diagnosing of health problems. I have also been involved in Artificial Insemination from Stallion handling not only in live cover but in the collection as well. Mare prep, to Ultra sounding, Birthing, Imprinting of foals etc.

In addition to working directly with horses, I became the Texas/Illinois Representative for the International Spotted Horse Registry (ISHR) in 2002.    So if you have a spotted horse you would like to have registered, you can find the link to the web site for the ISHR under links.

I also rode Bulls in the International Pro Rodeo Association for 9 years.
