 Here at R & L, the Owner/Trainer Russell Manary

believes strongly in the effects of teaching horses what

we want them to know. He believes that if as a trainer,

he can enhance the learning of the horses he works with

by creating an *Enthusiasm* and *Want Too* in the

 horse, the horse learns more and retains what they

learn  longer. Russell believes that a * Gentle Hand* and

*Proper Technique* is the way to the heart of the horse

to create the enthusiasm and want too he looks for in

the horses he works with.With 28 years of  experience

in  Breaking and putting the Foundation on young horses

along with doing Correctional Work and Conditioning

for   Show, Performance and Sale, Russ has put together

a program that works and works well. He has  also put  

together a program to get your horses started for  

Roping, Cutting, Barrel Racing, Ranch work, Western

Pleasure, even Pleasure Horses.
